UNV is developing a Reflection Toolkit and requires the support of an online volunteer who is experienced in facilitating and developing learning and reflection tools. The online volunteer is expected to improve the draft Toolkit by providing clear and concise guidelines on how to facilitate a reflection process, to develop a list of learning and reflection tools, and to build indicators and benchmarks that will be able to collect and measure the results of a reflection process.

Objective
The Volunteer Reflection Toolkit will be used by UNV to enable volunteers to understand, evaluate, and improve their roles as volunteers in leading and supporting development initiatives.
