The mission of Reach Out International is to play an active role in reducing poverty among the people of Latin American and the Caribbean. Our intention is to provide education and practical training for the poor and disadvantaged so that they can become a more productive influence in their communities. Additionally, Reach Out International seeks to help people to establish a sense of personal net worth, self-esteem and value that can be passed on to future generations. Reach Out International serves all people regardless of gender, religion or race.

Reach Out International believes the remedy for economic inequality lies not in charity, but in empowerment through sustainable economic development. Our goal is to stimulate, where needed, the development and growth of strategic small businesses by channeling technical and financial assistance to them. We plan to conduct continuous research and training projects to identify the best solutions according to the cultural background of the communities and the environment. We maintain that our mission is to improve the quality of life in these countries by helping increasing income, creating employment, reducing urban migration, and maximizing environmental sustainability.
