MAPU Association supports and strives to ensure the local communities' self determination, the protection of human and environmental rights, and the promotion of a fairer relationship between Argentinean and Chilean Patagonia in particular and all the Southern regions in general, with the Northern dominant countries. Accordingly, MAPU Association bases its activities in the organization, coordination and sponsorship of social development, education and cultural projects in Patagonia, together with the promotion of sustainable use of natural resources.
