Requirements
Looking for product marketing volunteers to: Strategize and execute marketing campaigns by email as well as social media to drive engagement, awareness and product adoption. Engage with users through email and manage the list of sign-ups. Provide product support. Compile consolidated, detailed reports on the user feedback/ questions and concerns. Engage with disabled users on social media groups for lead generation purposes. Implement improvements for better user acquisition and retention.Track, measure and analyze lead generation activities as well as user interactions/ feedback. The volunteer will work in a cross functional environment with the marketing and products teams. Therefore, volunteers need to have accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype.

Volunteers should bring: Product marketing experience with B2C and B2B. Exceptional writing and communications skills in English. Email marketing experience with knowledge in analytics and tracking. Experience managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube as well as Whatsapp. Excellent research skills. Flexibility to work around different time zones. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Before jumping in as an online volunteer, make sure you have:

Access to the Internet and the right tools. You’ll need reliable Internet access, as well as regular access to a communication device, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. 

Time. Decide how much time you can realistically devote to your online volunteering activities. Once you select a daily or weekly time range, you’ll be counted on to honour your commitment.

Availability. You’ll need to make yourself available for any teleconferences, meetings or check-ins required by the organization for which you’re volunteering.
