Background and objectives
We are looking for 1 experienced volunteer who would be responsible for working with the senior leadership to understand the needs and priorities of the organization and develop the HR strategy plan. This includes assessing current HR capacity, forecasting future goals and requirements, identifying gaps in HR processes and the developed strategies implementation. Your efforts (10-15hrs/week) would contribute to improving the volunteer experience at ARISE which will further help us in building a larger team of global volunteers dedicated to the mission of providing quality education to disabled lives.

We contribute towards SDG-4, working towards ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education and promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all. At ARISE Impact, as an online volunteer, your purpose is to transform the lives of disabled by making useful self-learning possible. You will get a lot of opportunities to develop and grow while you work with an elite team. You’re empowered to do your best, work is always challenging and exciting as you see your ideas come to life. We are flexible, promote an open-door policy and practice team sharing & learning.
Volunteers: 1 needed
11-20 hours per week / 26 weeks
Prior experience (2+ years) in HR management and prior experience of leading a team (2+ years) preferred. MBA in HR or equivalent certification is considered an asset. Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, good internet connection, familiarity with social media platforms, especially WhatsApp and Skype is required. Must be an excellent communicator in professional English, displaying strong organizational abilities. Should display excellent time management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
