Background and objectives
Requirements
AYPAD organization is currently working on a project to help women that are rural farmers in sierra leone to increase their income and improve their livelihood of these women and their children. we want the volunteer to have knowledge in Agriculture development and also be able to help us develop innovative and sustainable agricultural forms. The task include developing a project proposal and help in filling the call for project application form Please note that volunteer will not solicit funds on behalf of the organization

The project is part of a call for the development of a project that: (i) Social: Create employment (particularly for youth and women), provide a sustained increase in household incomes, reduce poverty, and enhance food security. (ii) Economic: Enhance production and productivity, achieve higher local value addition; improve the competitiveness of producers, producer organizations and small and medium-sized industries, support the financial sector development. (iii) Environmental: Enhance production taking into account the environment and its long term possibilities for the same, or increased use of productive resources while maintaining or reducing the impact on the environment.
Volunteers: 1 needed
6-10 hours per week / 8 weeks
Knowledge in innovative and sustainable Agricultural development, good project writing skills and effective communication skills.
