Task
Background and objectives
Requirements
The task include developing a project proposal to promote adolescent girls empowerment particularly in the area of norm changing and behavior including with men and boys. The project should show how rural northern Uganda gender-discriminatory social norms, attitudes and practices are shaping and constraining adolescent girls capabilities and under what condition change may be brought about particularly around norms related to child marriage and girls child education. The proposal should include but not limited to the following composition (1) Brief Summary (2) Description of the beneficiaries and the problem they face (3) Expected changes (4) Specific activities (5) why you think the approach will be effective (6) Who is involve and what they will do (7) Monitoring and evaluation of the project. The communication shall be via Email, Phone calls and Skype.

It is expected that the project will be manage through a joint partnership between two organization with one being the organization lead. The Project intervention will be community and school base approaches. Only volunteer with relevant skills and ability need to apply for this opportunity as the dateline is by Dec. 7th
