Background and objectives
We need to track the implementation of the activities, collect as well as update and information from the field regarding the child rights project. Continues flow of information and updates on regular basis are needed for monitoring the progress of a project. So we need the volunteers to develop a simple app for the use of the project team that will provide the Monitoring and evaluation team with information on real time basis. This will ensure the efficient implementation and reporting of the project. This will also be helpful in sharing of information to stakeholders without any time loss. We need two volunteers, one to finalize the formats for collecting the information and another one to develop the application. The volunteers will be working in cooperation with each others. We will be able to provide the required information and details to the volunteers through e mails, Skype, whatsapp.
Technology development
Software and applications development and analysis
We are implementing a project "Standing together for Children rights" for the protection of children from vulnerable communities. This we do by building the awareness and capacity of the communities and children to demand for the their rights, and advocate the duty bearers to fulfill their obligations. In order to monitor the progress of the project the monitoring team needs regular and instant input of information and reporting of activities by the filed officers from villages. These information and reports have to be updated regularly. So we are in need of a volunteer who could help us to develop a simple mobile app that could be used by field officers and the monitoring team. The app also should be useful for instant reporting of activities implementing in the field. Through this app we will be able to monitor the project more efficiently, without any time loss, less manual writing so that the staff team will have more time in actual protection of child rights.
