Background and objectives
An on line volunteer is needed to promote the well being of children in Buikwe district mostly in 3 sub counties that' because in these areas there many orphaned children and students who would wish to go to school but their mothers cannot take them because most of them are widows with poor economic status and some are HIV positive. The volunteer should be in position to setup some small vocational projects which would help these children to acquire knowledge and skills concerning this sector. The volunteer is expected to help restore hope in these children, their mothers plus the whole community by developing a project that at least provides them with scholastic materials. EACO will provide a staff member to provide support to the online volunteer to guide and give necessary information via email and Skype. The volunteer will not submit any funding requests on behalf of our organization.

EACO provides physical, psychological and social support to marginalized women, youth and orphans. It also provides skills to un employed youths who would have left schooling and have no an generating activity. Our projects have personels with skills and knowledge to attend to children in all aspects and have the ability to impellent most of our project However, EACO would like to expend its capacity to function. To provide education to the illiterate and unemployed youth. To enable youth become job creators but not job seekers. To empower youth with skills and knowledge and encourage them to become entrepreneurs. To promote child education.

6-10 hours per week / 52 weeks
Good communication skills; Must have knowledge concerning children; Should have ability in project designing, grant trading and able to identify suitable funders; Should have knowledge on establishing small vocational projects; Must be experienced in proposal writing.
