Background and objectives
We are looking for a creative online volunteer to support our team with designing an effective training manual for IOM Bahrain. The manual consists of six training modules of around 200 pages. There are also around 200 presentation slides to be designed alongside the manual. Design should be consistent for both the manual and slides. The online volunteer will be asked to create an attractive design and layout for a reader-friendly and easy-to-follow content. The design should use illustrations to enhance understanding and to add visual interest. This includes flow charts, tables, catchy icons and pictures where appropriate. The design and its layout should follow IOM’s design guidelines that will be shared with the online volunteer in advance. With the development of this training manual we are hoping to contribute to the efforts of the government of Bahrain to combat trafficking in persons (TIP) by drafting a training curricula for the use of frontline TIP actors.
