Background and objectives
Requirements
We seek an experienced volunteer to help us develop a three years strategic plan for Love and Care for People and our Youth club, YouthsRule. This plan will help shape our work for the next three years. It will help us focus on key areas and search for appropriate funding agencies to help us achieve our goals.

Love and Care for People is an independent organisation where loving and caring individuals or as we say “our family” all work together to bring hope, financial stability, raise awareness, advocate and educate about family violence with a purpose to reduce and prevent it. The aim of the strategic plan is to help structure and plan our work for the next three years. More information will be provided by LCP staff to help develpo the plan
Volunteers: 1 needed
6-10 hours per week / 26 weeks
1. An extensive experience in strategic planning and organisational development 2. Experience in developing and writing funding submissions at EU levels for small and large scale projects 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to build relationships and strategic alliances 4. A strong commitment to social justice and equality for women and youths
