Background and objectives
We are seeking the support of volunteers to make a series of videos to promote the organisation's work. The videos will be 2-3 minutes in length, and a total of 5 videos are required. The online volunteers are expected to be experienced and should have a portfolio of work to show. The volunteers will be provided with information and clear guidance in what we actually need; however we would like volunteers' flair and creativity to shine when developing videos for our audience to learn from. The online volunteers will be provided raw materials (draft videos in .mp4 format) - these will be edited and integrated to produce final videos. Still photos can be added as well! A combination of communication methods will be used such as emails, information sharing software such as google drive and dropbox, facebook, whatsapp, and Skype. The volunteers completing their tasks will be acknowledged on our social media sites and in the credits of the materials they helped produce.
