Requirements
The stories (89 pages in total) are related to real persons who have been injured during the war in Syria. They fled the war and came to Turkey to receive health and psycho social services. I wrote their stories down and anonymized them. We are looking for three online volunteers who will translate them from Arabic language to English language with trying to preserve the significance or meaning of stories in translation. There is no need to make the translation in same design of the Arabic version, I can design the translation later when the volunteers will finish. I hope the translation can be done very soon because I am preparing to publish the Arabic version of the stories between June and July 2018. Thanks a lot in advance for the volunteer efforts in translation

Translation and interpretation
The stories are related to real persons who have been injured during the war in Syria. I am working with Malteser International in humanitarian job and providing psycho-social support for the Syrian refugees. These stories will be published to show the world some of what Syrian refugees suffer from the war in Syria. Malteser International is highly interested in publishing those stories as “Human Interest Stories” as a fundraising tool for the organization.
Volunteers: 3 needed
6-10 hours per week / 10 weeks
We are looking for English native speakers with writing and Arabic language skills. The most important thing is that the volunteers need to preserve the meaning of the stories in translation because it is a group of stories and the translation will be different in style from translating other formal documents.
