Background and objectives
Morobe Development Foundation is looking for two online volunteers with research expertise who have knowledge in GIS specifically ArGIS and its realted application. The two online volunteers rcruited will specifically review, edit and structure a reserach for a study that was already being carried in prepararation for publication. The two successful online volunteers recruited must be familiar with Research Gate publishing methods, formats and must have published a paper on GIS mapping or any related GIS field of study.

Morobe Development Foundation Inc. have carried out a study to determine the level of forest loss, land use because due to population growth and urbanisation in Lae, Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea. The study falls in line with the Foundation objective which is to support community deveopment innittaitives and to help address issues in the rural and urban communities of Papua New Guinea. The task involved editing, structuring and arranging the research paper according to Reserach Gate publising format getting it ready for publication. He or she must be a good reviewer and must have vast experience reviewing papers in the past befoe publication.
Volunteers: 2 needed
6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks
The volunteer we are looking for must have experience in research in the areas of GIS mapping and analysis. The volunteer must have good communication and presentation skills. He or she must have a PHD in GIS mapping or any realted field.
