Background and objectives
We are looking for the support of online volunteers with experience in graphic design and illustration. The task includes: - Develop promotional materials for an online campaign - Develop promotional materials for events in Guatemala - support the accurate branding of Niños de Guatemala The selected volunteers will receive the support of the NDG Social Business Manager & NDG Communications Manager. Due credit to volunteers will be issued via a certificate of appreciation and crediting volunteers on the work they helped develop.

Niños de Guatemala is a Dutch-Guatemalan NGO whose aim is to assist in breaking the cycle of poverty and fostering empowerment in Guatemala by providing education and social services to children from low-income families. In operation since 2006 NDG currently operate two primary schools and a middle school educating 431 children (and growing every year).

Before jumping in as an online volunteer, make sure you have:

Access to the Internet and the right tools. You’ll need reliable Internet access, as well as regular access to a communication device, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. 

Time. Decide how much time you can realistically devote to your online volunteering activities. Once you select a daily or weekly time range, you’ll be counted on to honour your commitment.

Availability. You’ll need to make yourself available for any teleconferences, meetings or check-ins required by the organization for which you’re volunteering.
