Requirements
The PAAJAF foundation is seeking software developers familiar with MS Access to join a team that is creating a new application to oversee the foundation and school affairs. The software will manage school fees, admission, attendance, registration, staffing, payroll, inventory and accounting.

The PAAJAF Foundation (Providing Adolescents and Adults Jobs for Advancement in Future) is working on behalf of underprivileged children, youth and women in rural Ghana to end poverty and illiteracy through education and job training programs. To achieve this mission and vision, it is important to keep thorough records and give transparency to our donors and the entire project community. The objective is to create an integrated software application to support the mission and replace the current disparate collection of Excel and Word files being used.
Volunteers: 5 needed
11-20 hours per week / 8 weeks
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access. Ability to design and develop tables, queries, forms and reports to address functional requirements and using agreed templates and style settings. Skills concerning MS Expression Builder and SQL statements. You will join an online team that meets weekly on Skype to share progress and assign tasks. Deliverables are shared on pCloud, Trello and WhatsApp will be introduced to foster collaboration.
