Background and objectives
Requirements
The Peace Advocacy and Sustainable Development Outreach PASDO is looking for brilliant individuals who would like to volunteer their help in making instructional videos for the Learn Chinese Project (LCP). The main task for the volunteer is to make good quality video lessons that will teach Textbook 1 of the HSK Standard Course Textbook Series from the first page to the last page, one lesson at a time. After recording the video lessons, the volunteer will need to upload them to a video hosting website like YouTube or Vimeo. All applicants for this opening will be interviewed via Skype, Wechat or any suitable video call app.

The Learn Chinese Project (LCP) is implemented by PASDO with the aim of promoting Chinese language in order to equip more Nigerians with the skill necessary for them to find jobs and meet up with the increasing demand for Chinese language speakers. The videos to be made by the selected volunteer will be distributed to beginner-level Chinese language learners (who are affiliated to PASDO) to aid their learning.
Volunteers: 1 needed
1-5 hours per week / 4 weeks
Volunteer should be native of China who can speak English language and Mandarin fluently. Experience in teaching will be appreciated but not mandatory.
