PEOI, a provider of university level courses free of charge, seeks a talented social media guru to formulate a strategy to promote PEOI's courses on social media. The goal is to attract students who need to study university courses such as PEOI's at no cost, anytime and anywhere. Disadvantage students are the main target of the promotion. But PEOI's courses are open to everyone. The promotion should also attract potential authors, translators and other profiles.PEOI has only had a minimal presence on social media. The planned promotion will be of great importance for PEOI's future growth. PEOI's delivers it course in nine languages. Consequently, potential students and volunteers should be sought on social media in all eleven languages: English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Indonesian, Russian, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Burmese.
PEOI is a non-profit organization started in 1999, and now run by over 8000 volunteers, that delivers complete university level courses online in eleven languages free of charge. Help disadvantaged students and aspiring professionals improve their lives by giving them a university education, and contribute to economic development of the country in which they live.
Candidates for the task must be experienced social media users in at lease English, other languages are also an advantage They will interact with PEOI's executive director in English to formulate the strategy. For that purpose, they must become thorough familiar with PEOI's course offering and functionality. Please upload your CV and include your public social media profiles in your application.

Before jumping in as an online volunteer, make sure you have:

Access to the Internet and the right tools. You’ll need reliable Internet access, as well as regular access to a communication device, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. 

Time. Decide how much time you can realistically devote to your online volunteering activities. Once you select a daily or weekly time range, you’ll be counted on to honour your commitment.

Availability. You’ll need to make yourself available for any teleconferences, meetings or check-ins required by the organization for which you’re volunteering.
