Background and objectives
The volunteer will be concerned with managing the social media networks of the organization. In managing the social media sites, the volunteer will generate contents which are engaging to our audience. Hosting Twitter chats and Awareness campaigns on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, and other topics bothering on women and girls as it relates to hygiene. The volunteer with PHAAE to develop a social media marketing strategy. The candidate for this position not necessarily have a Public Health knowledge or background but should be a good communicator. And knowledge in Water, Sanitation and Hygiene burdens, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and immunization will be an added advantage

PHAAE is a non-profit organization working to improve female health across Nigeria, through education, awareness and access to resources. Our focus is on empowering women and girls to lead healthy and meaningful lives through improvement in three areas. Our primary area of focus is Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), with Immunization and Reproductive health and Rights as secondary areas. The organization has alot of programs in the pipeline and needs alot of social media engagement and activity.
Volunteers: 1 needed
20+ hours per week / 16 weeks
Must be knowledgeable in Public Health issues especially WASH, SRHR, and immunization. Experience in communication will be an added advantage.
