Background and objectives
We are looking for 2 experienced online volunteers to support the social media content creation for the social enterprises that are part of Youth Co:Lab programme, in order to increase their visibility and build a strong online presence. Each Online Volunteer will work with a social enterprise to brainstorm the social media strategy, create and curate interesting content for various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and website. Tasks include strategic planning on marketing; content creation for social media posts/posters (each Online Volunteer is expected to deliver 1 social media poster/infographic per week during the assignment.

The task will helps social enterprises develop further outreach and communication engagement with the targeted audience to amplify their impact. Youth Co:Lab positions young people front and center in order to solve the region’s most pressing challenges. Co-created in 2017 by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Citi Foundation, Youth Co:Lab aims to establish a common agenda for countries in the Asia-Pacific region to empower and invest in youth, so that they can accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through leadership, social innovation and entrepreneurship. Youth Co:Lab bridges opportunities and resources for social enterprises led by young entrepreneurs across the Asia-Pacific.
Volunteers: 2 needed
1-5 hours per week / 6 weeks
Had experience in running social media campaign; Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; Strong research skills and have an understanding of social entrepreneurship in South Asia; Interest in youth entrepreneurship is a plus. Please attach a link to the social media campaign you've previously involved if possible.
