Background and objectives
Requirements
The volunteer will provide support developing communication materials for an agriculture project in Timor Leste. The materials to be developed are: 2 posters on best agriculture practices for local farmers in Timor Leste; 1 banner for the project implementation. Volunteer will be duly credited
Art and design
Web and graphic design
UNDP and the Regional Secretary of Agriculture of Oe-Cusse are implementing a project to support local farmers to increase food production and move from subsistence farming to agribusiness model. The project will support more than 300 farmers by providing training and improved seeds to increase production of rice, coffee, candle nuts and mandarin. The project has developed best practice documents that new need to be transformed in posters to be distributed among local farmers.
Volunteers: 1 needed
6-10 hours per week / 3 weeks
Knowledge of graphic design For the development of some of the communication designs, basic understanding of Portuguese will be needed. Please submit a previous design together with your CV.
