Background and objectives
Requirements
We need a branding for a regional conference to be held in Geneva on 1-2 October 2018. The branding will be used on collateral such as conference materials, backdrop, and web page. It should consist of a striking visual element representing the theme of the conference, as well as the conference title, location and dates, and the relevant logos. In a first phase, we would ask for the development of the overall branding, and in a second phase we would ask for implementation for different purposes. We need the branding in two versions: landscape (for conference backdrop, website, social media etc) and portrait (for report, brochure, roll-ups etc.). It should be simple, recognizable, and easily adjustable to different formats.
Art and design
Web and graphic design
The conference covers issues related to population (fertility, ageing, migration, age groups –youth, adults, older persons), sexual and reproductive health (maternal health, family planning, contraceptives, preventing sexually transmitted infections, incl. HIV) and gender equality. It reviews progress made by countries in these areas, looks at new challenges and suggests ways forward to ensure the well-being of all people in the region. The visual at the center of the branding should be positive, forward-looking, people-centered and inclusive. It can reflect or include a play on the SDG logo or colours. It can be abstract or based on photography.
