Background and objectives
We are implementing an onboarding programme for UN Volunteers globally. The selected volunteer would be responsible for designing infographics/checklists outlining the process and key steps for Volunteers to follow on a scheduled timeline. This implies interpreting policy and processes visually into blocks that are easier to understand and implement by the end users. We will provide a print-ready layout according to UNV branding guidelines for 5 infographics/checklists along with the content to be presented and past similar design. We will have a skype meeting at the beginning to agree on the scope of work. Branding tools will be provided, as well as guidance in case of questions during the work process. Due credit will be given to the volunteers. UNV will own the rights to the final products. The deadline for this assignment is the 26 June 2019 at noon (German time zone).

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism. This project aims to enhance the effectiveness of UNV’s talent management efforts through delivery of value-added services to Volunteers and host agencies. In doing so, stakeholders will have a better understanding of policy and processes and their individual role and responsibilities in the onboarding process.
