Background and objectives
Requirements
UN Volunteers has put measures in place to ensure duty of care for its currently serving 6,000 UN Volunteers, deployed with over 50 UN entity partners worldwide. Now, it is needed to translate the information into Spanish for UN Volunteers based in Latin America and the Caribbean. After the collaboration, the online volunteers Will receive a certificate of appreciation.

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism. UNV has put measures in place to ensure duty of care for its currently serving 6,000 UN Volunteers, deployed with over 50 UN entity partners worldwide. UNV also invites health professionals interested to help combat COVID-19 as national UN Volunteers to register in our talent pool and apply for relevant assignments.
Volunteers: 2 needed
6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks
- Minimum of 2 years experience in translation from English to Spanish - Demonstrated experience in translating professional documents - Outstanding translation and editing skills in English and Spanish
