Requirements
UNV Sudan is looking for one online volunteer to help us translate the draft Voluntary and Humanitarian Work (Organization) Act 2016 from Arabic to English. The organization will use the draft to support organizations to engage more volunteers in their work.

The UNV programme is a UN organization that contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. Volunteerism is a powerful means of engaging people in tackling development challenges, and it can transform the pace and nature of development. UNV Sudan is assisting the government in revising the Voluntary and Humanitarian Work (Organization) Act, 2016 in order to set out the principals and goals governing voluntary and humanitarian work in Sudan;
Volunteers: 1 needed
6-10 hours per week / 3 weeks
Candidates should be native in [Arabic] and fluent in [English]. Familiarity with technical terms related to Voluntary and Humanitarian Work will be considered an advantage. A one-paragraph translation will be requested as part of the selection process.
