Background and objectives
You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy; Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns; Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization; Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations; Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations; Research and analyze competitor advertising links; Develop and implement link building strategy; Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code; Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming; Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords; Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns; Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Our organization focuses on child, youth rights and welfare plus the limitations which hinder their realization, that is to say: Child rights abuses, problems faced by HIV/Aids infected and affected persons, orphans and vulnerability cases among the communities, unemployment among the youth, poor nutrition and hygiene, poor methods of waste management and sanitation, flooding, environment degradation and global warming, lack of information on Human and Sexual reproductive health rights. Through volunteers' contributions, we shall have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programme), and staff to launch campaigns on time and on budget hence this will help us develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Volunteers: 5 needed
6-10 hours per week / 8 weeks
Proven SEO experience; Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing; Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition; In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics); Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Search Ignite); Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development; Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms; Up-to-date with the latest trend in SEO.
