Resource mobilization, partnership and donor coordination
There is currently an ongoing orphan crisis in Kenya with approximately 3 million children being orphans. This project aims to provide the resources to send these children to school, allowing them the opportunity to gain an education and contribute to their community, with the hope of ending their cycle of poverty. The objective of the volunteer is to identify potential donors for this project so that we can supply school resources to as many orphans as possible for the school term. The volunteer will be tasked with researching and writing project proposals so that potential donors can be contacted by Wamulu International and apply for funding.

1-5 hours per week / 10 weeks
English is required, other languages will be an asset for identifying non-English-speaking donors, but it is not a must. Easy access to email and WhatsApp is required in order to contact the Founder of WI.
