Background and objectives
Take raw video footage and use it to structure a final product while using technological proficiency creativity, and strong communication skills. Specifications - It should be one to three minutes long. - It should have English subtitles. - The deadline is - 20 working days from the day you are selected and all the necessary information has been given to you. Benefit for online volunteers - Part of projects that increase profiling, accountability and credibility of World Vision. - The opportunity will help build a strong portfolio for the online volunteer Objectives of the project - The video should be well edited, putting into consideration timing, sound design and the overall outlook for the finished product. - It should be easy to follow and understand. - It should be able to answer the basic questions asked about the organization.

World Vision is a global Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. We need a professionally edited video for our social media pages, internal information and if need be, our partners.
Volunteers: 2 needed
6-10 hours per week / 4 weeks
- 3 years experience, in video production - Include a link to your updated portfolio in your application - World Vision will provide the raw information.

Before jumping in as an online volunteer, make sure you have:

Access to the Internet and the right tools. You’ll need reliable Internet access, as well as regular access to a communication device, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer. 

Time. Decide how much time you can realistically devote to your online volunteering activities. Once you select a daily or weekly time range, you’ll be counted on to honour your commitment.

Availability. You’ll need to make yourself available for any teleconferences, meetings or check-ins required by the organization for which you’re volunteering.
