Contexto y objetivos
We need a web designer who is capable to assess and direct the front-end that the website should have. We already settled the team to create an Ecommerce to commercialize products created for HIV positive women. Also, we started with the development, so this person should join the team to contribute in the front-end part.

Being "Hope Designers" one of our main projects, we have decided to not just sell this products made by HIV positive mothers to the local market, as it is done now, but to expand and supply these to other countries. This will allow us to get more profits from every product. Every profit that we obtain is reinvested to offer more job opportunities for those women, as this is usually the only way they can make a sustainable income, sometimes the only income they have. As a social enterprise we ensure that "Hope Designers" members are paid a fair price for their products, which includes payment for pension contributions, sick and annual leave, and insurance contributions for medical expenses. HIV positive women in our project are trained for embroidery, arts and design skills as well as tailoring. The course duration is 6 months for basic cutting and sewing. The participants can then progress to the next level which is training in detailed art and creativity. Our vision is to create a world where women can create social change through economic empowerment. To bring this vision into reality, we empower vulnerable women in need of socio-economic independence through entrepreneurship.
