UNICEF in the State of Palestine (UNICEF SoP) works to uphold the rights of children to access services and protection, from early childhood through to adolescence. Our objective is to ensure that every child in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank – including East Jerusalem - irrespective of background or circumstance, has an equal chance to fulfil their potential. The involvement of a volunteer in this task of compiling daily media reviews and trend lines will help UNICEF remain aware of national and development priorities so that UNICEF can respond to them. Also, it helps keep our website/Social Media readers informed and updated about the latest changes, activities, and news related to child rights and humanitarian and development activities and how UNICEF is responding to these.
